Mobility and Rolling Out: Today's homework is to do 1 hour of mobility and 1 hour of rolling out(lacrosse ball/foam roller). Most of us went 4 days on and our bodies are in need of some message. There are so many benefits to having a consistent mobility regimen. The most important thing is care and prevention(stay injury free). Another one is performance. Out of all 10 general physical skills, flexibility rules them all. Having tight shoulders limits your pressing, front squat, pull-up, squat clean, etc. Having tight hips limits your squatting, deadlifting, wall ball, etc. abilities. Be productive and get mobilizing.
