"Fun and Easy!"

It's been awhile since I've used are motto in the blog.  These are words to live by.  If you are having fun, then everything is easy!  It's up to you on what type of attitude or mindset you have.  This is that whole "mental toughness" thing.  

Why make things harder and/or more stressful if you don't have to.  I'd rather trick myself into thinking, it's going to be "Fun and Easy!"  After a while, everything seems to be "Fun and Easy!"  

When you think FUN, you start feeling:

  • Excited 
  • Motivated
  • Happy
  • Amped

When you think Negative(it's going to be hard, this is going to suck, I can't do this, I'm tired, I'm slow, I'm not strong enough), you start feeling:

  • Stressed
  • Scared
  • Insecure
  • Weak

Which feelings do you want to rushing through your head before and during a WOD?  


WOD "Candy"

This is a sweet variation of Cindy so we are calling it Candy!  

20min AMRAP

25 Double-unders or 75 Singles

5 Chest to Bar Pull-ups (no kipping)

10 Push-ups, Hands Release, Feet on Plate

15 OH Squats with Plate (45/25)
