PERSONAL TRAINING

 

Personal training sessions are available. The training will consist of a pattern analysis for movement by providing an assessment video of the movements. The sessions are customizable to help meet your personal goals, whether nutrition, weight loss, or strength training. 

CFS BARBELL

 

Our CFS Barbell class focuses on the techniques of Olympic-lifting and Power-lifting. It combines the benefits of weightlifting and FixFit into a best of all worlds type of program. 

FIXFIT

This is 90 minutes of learning how to take care of our bodies. Whether you injure yourself in the gym or outside of the gym, let's get to the root cause of the problem. You will also learn how to keep training / moving with an injury. This way, you will recover faster and not have to take time off from training or your sport. You can rest and stretch until the pain is gone, but you are not fixing the problem.  

Not only is this a program to assess and fix injuries, but it also helps with building a stronger foundation in our mechanics. Why wait till you get injured before you start building functional strength? This class will allow you to attack your weaknesses and build functional muscle.

This is an image of our teen fitness program we have in the San Diego area.

TEEN FITNESS

This is a 60 minute personal youth training session. The training will consist of strengthening and improving the youth's movements. This will also include analysis of the movement patterns by providing an assessment video of the movements. The pattern analysis will be used to develop a customized workout plan and help to improve imbalances in the movement patterns. Teen and youth small group training for up to 5 individuals and team training for up to 12 individuals is available. Sport specific training will include high intensity endurance, core strengthening, explosiveness for strength and speed, conditioning, and sport injury prevention. Team training will also help with team bonding.
